Petra is a trenchless and TBM technology selection bot for your applications engineering needs. Petra is designed to be a standalone bot service available to you 24/7 when you need a sound-board specific to your tunnel construction project boundary conditions.

Petra will straightaway get  to the task of defining your tunnel and pipe project requirements and use the same to come up with technology recommendations. The Beta version is a test-bot intended to capture initial user feedback on its usability and customer interaction patterns. It is also a tool for the casual user to familiarize themselves on technologies that go into urban and peri-urban infra projects.

Petra’s focus is on the tunneling and construction industry, offering machine (trenchless and TBM) solutions that cater to various types of tunneling projects. It’s goal is to support businesses in navigating complex decision making processes and making informed machine selection decisions that affect cost and efficiency.

Petra is designed to facilitate deep interactions that are additionally AI powered for heavy context based responses. You can always request a summary of your interactions at the end of your chat session.

Your interactions on the free to access beta version of Petra will help fine tune Petra. Additionally, for manufacturers feel free to get in touch for clarifications that would help Petra do a more accurate job of informing users.

However, the objective here is to get you started on the right foot on your project and help you figure how to approach a solution by providing a host of technology options with suitable caveats where applicable. There will likely be situations where despite best efforts, Petra produces errors in responses or confuses concepts. However, in the future this could look better with user inputs and further optimization. Irrespective, the hope is Petra would leave the user more informed than when they started out.

hi,

great start and having very good potential, points to improve

1. Very question and answer type , needs to understand the objective of the user for that query before asking too many questions.

2.make a report of what is needed , like steps to take up or design etc.

3. looks textbook in some instances , needs more practical application data

4.needs to help incase of outbound of conditions said

5. better to have image based query as well.

I tried with random data and its show very insightful suggestions. Very informative. You can as for face pressure calculation, friction force during jacking relationship between thrust force, torque and CH rpm with tbm penetration rate. The response received was good and correct. Very useful, can plan your next micro tunneling pipe jacking drive using Petra Chatbot by using analytical approach.
