Petra Beta version Tunnel Chatbot is an embedded chatbot service on https://adducense.com. The chatbot operates on external infrastructure and processes user messages on remote servers separate from the Adducense website’s systems. Privacy policy of the 3rd party provider here including their statements on commitment and compliance to GDPR.

The Beta Chatbot version interactions are not linked to your website account or to any authentication credentials you may use to access the site, including authentication via third-party services such as LinkedIn (if any). No login or account information is shared with the chatbot service.

Petra – the Bot’s beta version will not request or require personal data whilst users chat. Users are strongly advised not to submit any personal, sensitive, or confidential information during chatbot interactions. No information on your project name, location from your borelog data is logged within the chat interface either. Any information entered into the chatbot is transmitted directly to the external service provider solely for the purpose of generating and delivering responses. 

The Beta version of Petra Chatbot’s interactions may be stored and reviewed in anonymized form for the legitimate purpose of maintaining, analyzing, and improving the service. These conversation records are not enriched with or connected to user accounts on Adducense website.

No chatbot data is stored within the website provider’s environment or is combined with website login records.

Use via WhatsApp

If you choose to interact with Petra Beta version via WhatsApp, your communication will be transmitted through WhatsApp’s messaging infrastructure operated by Meta Platforms.

In this context:

• Identifiers inherent to the communication channel (such as phone numbers in WhatsApp) may be processed solely to enable message delivery.
• Your phone number is not used for identification, profiling, or marketing, and is not linked to any user account on sitename.
• Message content and associated technical data are processed exclusively for the purpose of generating and delivering chatbot responses.
• Such data may be handled by third-party service providers acting solely as data processors under instruction, and not for any independent purpose, including profiling, marketing, or data enrichment.

Users are advised not to share personal, sensitive, or confidential information during WhatsApp interactions.
