Your Name and Email ID collected when you willingly contact Adducense via web forms is for legitimate use of responding back to your enquiry. You may request data purge on your wish once your enquiry has been responded to. Your basic data will be kept on record until then as an industry contact person and for reaching out with relevant services in the future.
Geological inputs such as your geotechnical borehole logs are used for scans by Open AI’s chatGPT platform via business API are used for the limited purpose of extracting geological descriptions about your strata. A copy is saved securely on the website to fulfill interfacing with Open AI. Those inputs and outputs are owned by you (the uploader) and therefore also qualify to be purged immediately on your request.
Comments
Presently comments apply only to Petra Bot Beta service – free Beta version. Although posts are anonymous, when visitors leave comments on the page the website collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file or snippy of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us.
